- Hi Michael :) You are so right about this. I have suffered from the very same thing on more than one occasion. I love how you more or less said that you need to know what triggers these attacks. I say this because once it happens, it can trigger many thoughts that can turn into unusual reactions then it will continue the dominoes effect. It affects the lives around you as well.
