As young children we develop these limiting beliefs from experiences we have that didn't go the way we wanted or anticipated.

Here's how you can begin the process of developing the motivation you need to stop living in the past and start moving towards the future you desire. To start shifting these painful patterns of thinking, the very first thing you must learn to do is identify them.

From now on, each time something happens that you don't enjoy--at the first hints of any worry or uncertainty, STOP... and use these feelings as a caution bell that it's time to explore them and discover what's within them.

Awareness Creates Conscious Thoughts and New Opportunities

When you discover the truth behind your limiting beliefs you'll find your personal motivators. These motivators will help you plow down any roadblocks that are in your way. To figure this out, dig deep within your limiting beliefs. What's missing that causes you to perpetuate this belief--what "do" you want and need in your life. Once you know, then take actions that will help you start experiencing these things.

These two simple steps will start you down the path towards that future you desire.
