Self Help Motivation - Time To Take Control
I guess we've all suffered from low self esteem at one time or another and, unfortunately, some peoples lives can be ruined by it. That's why we can all benefit from a little self help motivation.
Here's the thing. Someone is definitely in control of your life. The question is "Who"?
If it's not you, then it must be someone else.
Here are some examples of a low self esteem mindset.
Nothing you attempt seems to work out well.
You feel you are not a likable person.
You feel that you are unattractive.
You believe that you are incapable of making good choices.
You don't join in conversations for fear of saying the wrong things.
You feel like you're on a merry-go-round and can't get off.
But you will never stop the merry-go-round until you begin to think differently.
IT'S TIME TO CHANGE YOUR MIND....IT'S TIME TO TAKE CONTROL
Ask yourself. Have you never had something work out well for you. Think about it.
Of course you have.
Can you honestly say that nobody likes you. Think about it.
Of course not.
Ask yourself. Have you never once felt good about yourself. Think about it.
Of course you have.
Ask yourself. Have you never once made a good choice. Think about it.
Of course you have.
OK. I think you get the idea.
You have to change the way you think about yourself. In doing so you will be utilizing self help motivation.
Much of our low self esteem was created during childhood when some significant other made us believe that we were no good at this or bad at that. Back then they were in control and for some us they still are, that's why I say it's time to take control.
Take back that which belongs to you. Take the time to look deep into yourself and you will find the person that you really want to be.

Perhaps you've decided it's time to make a change. By asking yourself these questions you will find the path that is right for you.Are you happy with who you are and where you find yourself now?
Would you like your life to be better?
Are your relationships with others all they could be?
Are you getting what you want?
What is it that makes you feel empowered?
Do you know why you do what you do?
What are you saying about yourself?
What are you going to do to get where you want to go?
By asking yourself these questions and answering them honestly, you will begin to generate self help motivation and start to create the path that will take you to the life you want.
