This is the most important factor when trying to sell any property. Make sure your flat is spotless, that means have a major clean and getting rid of any bad odours. Neutral colours sell and that's a fact. If you have colours in your home that reflect your own personality, more than most it will put off potential buyers. Stay safe and re-paint your flat in neutral colours to reflect a flat that is in high quality.

Tip 6 - Pricing
Price your flat competitively. Do extensive research on how much other flats sold for in your area so that you set the right price for your flat. Remember be prepared to drop the asking price as buyers will only offer what the perceive your flat to be worth and if your house isn't presented well then you will be getting lower offers all round.
