    I have already listed my home with a realtor so please NO responses indicating I should. We are now going to try to sell our home ourselves. I have already looked at FSBO.com as well as a few other sites. The legal aspect seems confusing so I think we will hire a real estate lawyer (unless someone can give me a better understanding of what to do with the documents you can download). My question is once I have a buyer (fingers crossed) how do I deal with my exsisting mortgage? Do we pay that off before the deed is changed with the profit or does it get paid off after? Do I contact them or does the lawyer handle all of that? Is that an extra document? Any help on the LEGAL aspect of selling my home and the exsisting mortgage would be great. I all ready know about the listing, advertising, and setting my price end of it.

    really like this lens and the way you analyzed the problems that homeowners are facing. It's really tough time why a family is desperate to sell their own home, though it's now the solution to solve the problem they're facing. however, the real estate investiment is once a strong investment and still represents a heavy portion of that portfolio. Great opportunities always go along with big changes.

    These are great ideas on how to sell your house effectively and I have another one to share, if you won't mind...another effective in selling your home is learn how to do home staging. Learn how to decorate your house to make it look inviting to buyers! who knows, you might end up with a very lucrative home staging career in the future and earn lots of money! I've read some of your other lenses, too and they all are great!

    I agree with the curb appeal tips you listed. Keeping the yard free and clear from gardening items to kids bikes and seasonal items is a good idea. How about additional storage space to hide those items? Please check out
