Why Do People Love Sen-Sens?

One reason people love Sen-Sens is nostalgia. Many people were first introduced to Sen-Sens by their parents and grandparents. For many people, this candy reminds them of the person who introduced them to it.

Sen-Sens are also enjoyed because they are extremely powerful. Their intense flavor and aroma is enough to freshen breath and cover up cigarette smoke. With Sen-Sens, a little goes a long way. One tiny square at a time is enough!

Of course, some people love Sen-Sens just because they love the flavor!

My dad used to chew on these. He loved the flavor of black licorice. I liked them, but found them a little too strong for me and the burned my tongue a wee bit if I put too many in my mouth!

These days, the last store I seen them being sold in, of all places, was at Evans Discount Drug here in Oklahoma. Pretty neat, had to buy a pack .. just because.

I don't think I've ever had them. I love licorice and have had several types.
