6. Know that you deserve all of the gifts that the universe can bring you.

When you keep a journal you are basically helping to send out your cosmic orders by writing down what it is that you desire you are focusing on what you want and visualisation is the key.

If you can focus and feel what it is like to have already received your order you make it reality and the cosmos can then begin to manifest your order by taking your thoughts feelings and mental pictures and creating your reality.
