- I am completing 60 in January. Though I do not come in the category in the senior citizens.I know that maintaing good health for most of the aged people has become little difficult but by simple change in lifestyle ,eating habits and doing regular yoga/exercises can slow down the effect of aging.I have tried to highlight some of the points in my lens and at my website about beating the effect of aging.
