How To Optimize Your Images
- Make your images web friendly: 72 dpi resolution and under 50k per image.
- Use JPG format for pictures, GIF or PNG for text
- Name your images using one of your keywords. Instead of IMG09983, use "tropical_painting."

If you want to succeed, you have to try. SEO must be done every day to capture opportunities as they arise. Get in the game!
Ways To Improve Your Search Engine Optimization
- Get rid of broken links
- Nothing kills your site's appeal than broken links. If you do anything with your site, make sure all your links work. Check early and often
- XHTML Validator
- Bad code is just plain, well, bad. Good code helps your pages load quicker & optimizes it for search engines to find.
- Don't know XHTML?
- XHTML doesn't have to be intimidating. Learn it. Just do it!
- Flash, if you have to
- I don't recommend adding Flash to your site, but if you must here's the way to embed it right.
- Clean code AND CSS
- Don't forget about optimizing your CSS in your stylesheet.
- Know your strengths
- It doesn't do any good if you don't follow up to see what works & what doesn't

- That's a good point about left/right brain. I found it hard to transition at first, but of course, it is necessary.

- Artists sometimes have a problem with right/left brain issues - this lens helps those who find the technical side of artistic success annoying or difficult. It's actually an artful strategy to market yourself gracefully ... nicely done!
