My Review & Diary On SEO Press Formula & How It Is Taking My WordPress Blogs To The Next Level

Great, wordpress sounds like a really cool tool, I thought. So, at first I signed up and joined wordpress and had my blog hosted right on the wordpress.com site.

I logged in, looked around and thought what?

What do I do now? This doesn't look easy at all. What is "uncategorized." Why do my posts say "uncategorized?" How can I get rid of it? How can I get rid of this "blogroll", what if I want to add new pages and not just new posts?

So I basically fumbled around and tried my best to get a blog up and running. However, it was clear to me that I had better learn what I was doing and find a wordpress expert that could show me the right way to use wordpress and how to set up a site correctly and optimized.

Browsing on the web a few months back I saw an ad on SEO Press Formula. Hmmm.....looks interesting I thought. But, I passed it up and went on.

Again, I would read on the net how powerful wordpress blogs are that if you are going to build a new site, build it using Wordpress. I looked at sites for sale on sitepoint.com and noticed how many sellers play up that their site is on the wordpress format and is easy for the new owner to add entries. It made me think twice and so I thought, maybe I will buy SEO Press Formula and give it a try...

Last night I purchased and downloaded SEO Press Formula. I have already read through the pdf on monetizing a blog and am 1/3rd through the main pdf. I am right now in the middle of the fourth video. and here is my response...

Why the hell didn't I buy this before? It is fantastic. Already so many of my questions have been answered. Already I know what "blogroll" is and that I need to delete it and in the video Brian shows exactly where to delete it. Already I know now to change the word "uncategorized" to a seo term that will aid in search engine optimization.

Already I know how to pick the right keywords, how to download WordPress and upload it manually or use Fantastico and so much more...so I am really excited.

So each week now I am going to update this squidoo lens and keep you informed of how I am doing.

SEO Press Formula is only $57. Is it worth the money? It is to me because I want to make money online and I want to use wordpress blogs to create many sites easily and this program is absolutely showing me exactly how to do that.

But, check back and bookmark this page because my next module below will begin with a weekly diary and links to my actual wordpress blogs so you can see for yourself how a newbie was able to learn wordpress, how long it took me to get a site up and running after purchasing this, and my financial results!

I have now watched 14 of the 29 videos. I still have the main course that is in a pdf to read. My head is spinning, I have had so many questions answered. I will be able to know exactly what to do now with wordpress. I am just thrilled with my purchase.

I did try to make one wordpress blog and I can see over a hundred mistakes I made prior to watching the videos in SEO Press Formula. So much so that I am going to just delete it and start over with a word press theme I got free from purchasing SEO Press Formula. It is already optimized and a lot of content you don't want on your blog has already been deleted for me and I know exactly what to do. Also, I have the videos to watch over and over again if I get stuck.
