Septimus Heap

Septimus Heap is a series of books written by Angie Sage. It follows along the lines of Harry Potter with all the magic and the hero. The premise behind this boy's ability to do magyk is that he is the seventh son of a seventh son. He is destined to have powers that no others can have.

Magyk

Septimus Heap, Book One:
Magyk
(Septimus Heap)

Magyk is the first book in the series. It basically starts off with all the facts about the setting and characters. Try to imagine the swamps and the boggarts. Angie Sage does a great job describing the environment. So let your imagination take off. There are line drawings of most of the characters at the beginning of each chapter to kind of give you a baseline to go on. Get started now.

Flyte

Flyte
(Septimus Heap, Book 2)

Flyte continues the journey of Septimus Heap as he discovers more about himself and those around him. Power shifts turn the castle from light and airy into dark and evil and back again. When the character walks into the Wizard's Tower their name is shown above the door welcoming them. They step onto the steps and the steps take them in a circular fashion but automatically like an elevator.

Physik

Physik
(Septimus Heap, Book 3)

Physik puts a new twist on things. Septimus goes on journeys that he never possibly could have imagined. But he's in trouble and must be rescued. Can they get to him in time? Read and find out.

Queste

Physik
