Finish First is the soap solution I use, Kleen Rite and ProChem Traffic Lane Cleaner are the Pretreatments I use depending on the type of traffic lanes present and Microban is the carpet and upholstery sanitizer I also use Environmentally Safe Products by Planet Gard.
