Customer Service Innovation. Customer Experience Management. Customer Managed Relationships. All indications of a paradigm shift on the customer. The customer has never been king. The customer is a tyrant, and he knows it. Merciless in the way a relationship is dropped when it does not fulfill the needs, or doesn't offer anything new or great any more.
