Sesame Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 whole boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine or dry sherry
- Basil leaves
- 2 to 3 Chili pepper
- 1 Ginger
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
Instructions
1. Chop ginger into pieces. Slice chicken breasts into bite sized pieces
2. Heat wok and add 2 tablespoon sesame oil. Put ginger and chili pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the chicken and 3 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir.
4. Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine and let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes in low heat.
5. Pour the basil and stir.
6. Serve sesame chicken over white rice.
