Grover Monster: All the Facts
Grover is a Muppet character on the popular television show Sesame Street. Self-described as lovable and furry, he is a monster who almost never uses contractions when he speaks and sings (except on rare occasions).
In his earliest appearances, Grover was originally named Fuzzyface by fans depicted as having dark green fur and an orange nose. By the second season of Sesame Street, this was changed to the more familiar puppet with blue fur and a pink nose (although the original puppet was used for the initial appearance of Grover's mother). Grover's birthday is October 14.

Grover Monster: What's with the feet?
What's with the feet? Now, I haven't done a scientific study on this, but it seems to me, short of Kermit, the Muppeteers had an obsession with Grover's feet. He's often cast in roles where you see his feet - Super Grover, The 39 Steps, Chariots of Fur - and then there's the lovely clip-clopping sound they make when Grover runs around. Doesn't look like he has hooves, so what's making the noise? The world may never know . . . Grover Monster: What a Resume!

- Hey Susan, this rolled back the years for me. What a fun lens! When my kids were little, I took them to a mall where Grover & Cookie Monster were suppose to show up that morning.
Well, their luggage got lost and they didn't arrive. (No costume, no show...)
