Seterus Short Sale And Foreclosure Team

The parties involved in a Seterus short sale include the seller of the home in question, the mortgage lender in addition to a buyer. Mortgage companies normally want to see a hardship letter that details why they are requesting that a short sale of their home be approved. How to write such a letter is just one aspect of Seterus short sale and foreclosure information provided through Edina Realty's Kris Lindahl. Additionally, lenders will want various additional forms prior to approving a short sale proposal, such as financial statements and HUD sheets. These are also included in good Seterus short sale and foreclosure information. Nevertheless, there are also some required documents that have to do with the purchaser of the home. In other words, if there is no buyer for the home, there can be no short sale. As a result, lenders also want as a part of the overall short sale proposal such things as a listing agreement for the home, a purchase contract, plus verification of the buyer's financial ability to buy the house. All of this needs to be explained in any Seterus short sale and foreclosure information provided to a distressed homeowner.

Informative lens. Here in Riverside CA, Seterus approved many short sales and they continue to move forward with foreclosures. I've had to file an emergency bankruptcy for several clients. Are you in Riverside?

Great information Kris, a short sale is a better option than foreclosure. In some cases people can buy after a short sale. I have financing for people who havent gotten behind on their payments, have you guys ever done this before? -Electric Loan Officer
