    Thanks for the post its all so true. Signage and Printing is so important. Good Signage can provide direction, answer questions, informs and warns. It is a useful form of advertising and is often the first point of communication with any potential client.

    Really sound tips,thanks. I don't think lot of people submit their websites to directories anymore, but I have found this will help get you traffic and I believe higher rankings in the search engines.

    Yes I totally agree with you. The use of highly targeted keyword is essential for directing traffic from search engine. LSI keyword is important too for keyword density. I am recommended this lens to everyone.Thanks Squidoo Angel! Have a great days!

    I'll have to see about that e-book. I have one other idea on what not to do. Don't hire someone to do your SEO without carefully researching them first. I just made a terrible mistake in this area and lost hundreds of dollars I'm fighting to regain.

    Very thought-out and comprehensive lens. I'd just say that reciprocal linking is getting less and less important in terms of impacting on SE rankings as Google has cottoned on to this in recent months/years. Ideally you want to cultivate content that generates one-way links on its own without any further imput from the webmaster - This is the holy grail! :)

    I also tried adding a book to your list but it wasn't liking it for some reason but I'd check out "Get to the Top on Google" by Dave Viney. It was one of the first books I read on the topic and I still refer to it today.

    Of all the tips, search engine rankings and search optimization are my most effective strategies for getting traffic. Lensmasters can do really well if they study, understand, and apply basic SEO. Good reminder!
