The seven signs of the Apocalypse describes the events that will take place before the final battle between good & evil occurs - the start of Armageddon...
I am not sure what I believe but the show definitely caught my attention and had me glued to the TV. I hope you enjoy my collection of resources and information here about the predictions of the end of the world in 2012.

As with many questions related to Biblical scripture and prophecy, the answer is by no means simple. The book of Revelation, which details the apocalypse, doesn't include a definitive list of "seven signs." Over time, popular culture and various Christian sects created this concept based on their interpretations of events prophesied to take place before Armageddon, or the final battle of good and evil on Earth.
Many people believe that the seven signs directly correlate to the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse described in Rev. 6:1-12. Expanding on that notion, others speculate on Revelation's list of seven seals, seven vials, and seven trumpets and what these symbols represent in today's world. For example, some say the Red Horseman and the second seal could represent a third World War, while others believe that the fourth seal, plagues and pestilence, represents modern diseases such as AIDS or cancer.
The number seven is a popular symbol throughout the Bible. And one school of thought supports a less literal interpretation of the seven signs. Advocates of this theory point out that not only is "seven" used frequently, but also many sections of the Bible aside from Revelation are considered "prophetic." They conclude that there may not be seven actual signs, and they may or may not all be found in Revelation.

yes I do believe things will no longer be the way they are. This is something that not only has been seen in it's coming but has to happen because people do not get it. People have been thinking this was going to happen, because I believe we know that we have no choice because when you dig yourself in a hole and keep digging the hole is either going to get deeper of wider or both. What I am saying we can not get our selves out of the hole we are digging without something else destroying the hole. Everything seems to be getting worse not better even if it seems a little better there is always more worse than good. What would it take to change our life? Take away our power.

I think it will change drastically. We will have to wait and see. I am in the middle between yes and no. I don't believe it is superstition. There is clearly evidence of the Mayans, Hopi and more importantly the Bible to just be superstition but end as we know it possible.

No - it's based on the Mayan calendar which fanatics misinterpret - that date is the end of a stage or era in the calendar, and the start of a new. It has more to do with science (astronomy) and positioning of the sun in reference to the milky way, as well as the earth's shift on its axis.

I disagree completely and for a couple simple facts. It's a superstition based upon the "end" of the Mayan calendar. The Mayan calendar hasn't seen it's end yet in fact it has dates that go as far as into the 3000's and beyond. It's just hype from people who have nothing better to do with their lives then predict a bunch of mumbo jumbo BS to get some attention. It isn't so much to do with a "sudden" change in the earth as it is a date that may have some cosmic interference such as a meteor shower or other things. So have no fear people and if you believe in it then honestly you're retarded and have no idea's of your own you just go with what "specialists" say about things.

- I am not a super strong believer in that this will absolutely happen on Dec 21, 2012, but I am also not apposed that this will not happen at all. I obviously hope that it doesn't but there's nothing we can really do until that day comes. So I will continue to live my life the best that I can for me and for my family, and hope that we have many, many years to look forward to.
We cannot change what the world is going to be, we can only try to make it better each and every way we know how.

i strongly beleive the Islamic faith and am a muslim.
i know that christians and islam are the most predominant faiths in this world.
what i also know is that some people reading this maybe of other religion but their religion must be able to relate to my answer somehow.
now, tell me this:
in both the islamic and christian/catholic religion it says that jesus will come back. and has that happened yet? and at the current date i am typing at( 21/7/11), that has not happened yet. please, people its not something to make such a big fuss about, i mean the rest of the world wont listen to some random prediction that the world is going to end on 21/12/12. some random sh**bag just thought "hey im bored, lets post funny crap over the internet and watch people have a chaotic rampage!" and so far you guys are listening to him. now about the freemasonry and illuminati, my islamic teacher taught me about that. the illuminati control media, which everybody has. by media i mean, TV, music, Radio, Internet and more. this is part of what they are hiding from society. as far as im concerned these people that made these secret organizations made it from the devils orders. to all the illuminati and freemasonry people, the gigs up, come out from hiding so we can arrest you and make sure that there is no one doing the devils dirty work.
many people also ask me, at my age, about what i as a muslim beleive about the end of the world, and i cannot explain it. but i have found a way to tell you.
many natural disasters and deaths will happen. men will turn into gays and women lesbians as they dont like the bodies that almighty God gave them. people will attend gambling places like casinos, horse racing and arcades. people will become jealous and have pride in what they do and are good at. people will stop listening to religion and focusing on scientists and people who do extensive research, thinking that they can learn the secrets of God, and then come to automatic conclusions, and then people will beleive it and be completely vulnerable to everything they say. signs of this have already happened and some even by you people commenting to this. i know this guy has took his time to post all this on this website, so i wont critisize anymore

- shianna says i am just going to spend the time with my kids and family and try to not let this bring them down. think about how our young ones would feel if we told them that they are going to die in 17 months.(depression,anxiety,or worse just giving up) and if does happen then they would have major setbacks in their mental and physical opprtunities that would shape them into mature, educated,wanting to achieve their dreams, as adults of the next life. IM PRAYING FOR ALL GOOD AND BAD PEOPLE TO THRIVE FOR LIFE NO MATTER WHAT IT TURNS OUT TO BE

- I have my 5-minute bag packed, along with water wings and my rubber ducky. 300-500 ft tsunamis? solar flares? Earth wobble? Nibiru? Venus Transition? methane nitrate? 3 eclipses? Hey! If we be here 5/22/2011, next date will be 153 days after that, or the 6/6/12 date... one way or the other something is GOING to happen very soon, or 11/11/11.... Something will happen..
