Quick ways to relieve back pain

Regardless of what you're planning on doing - you'll want to relieve any sort of back pain as soon as possible - then you can start to think about how to keep it away afterwards!

The quickest solution I have ever found is to focus on your breathing - it was taught to me by a fantastic hypnotist - who taught me just how to breathe in order to remove pain.

Sit very comfortably, and then breathe in slowly - hold it and close your eyes.
Breathe in and out a few times, with your eyes closed. Once you've done this a few times you can then try the technique of breathing in , holding it and opening and closing your eyes once rapidly - make sure you do this several times, and focus your attention to your eyes rather than on your back.

Now this for me helps relieve pain to some degree, and it has helped a few people I know, but for a bit more detailed guidance on how to remove back pain on the right side -

My 5 favourite ways to relieve morning stiffness in the back

1. Get lots of sleep
I know it sounds simple, but getting sleep gives your body time to recover from any damage. Your body has extrodinary mechanisms within it to enable you to recover from any damage - make sure you help it to do so.

2. Take a hot shower.
This will promote circulation, and also make you FEEL GREAT.

3. Drink lots of water
Water hydrates your body - (and that includes your back!)

4. Do some exercise
Moderate exercise will help your body to such an amazing degree! Some gentle stretching is better than nothing.

5. Eat better
Treat your body as best as you can, and it will treat you better back - so avoid lots of sweet stuff, lots of fatty stuff - and again, your whole body will feel better, not just your back.
