I HAVE BEEN SEWING SINCE I WAS 9 YEARS OLD(44YRS)A LONG TIME ISN'T IT, BUT I LOVE IT, ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN, WEDDINGS AND ANYTHING FANCY.
MY GOAL IS TO SHARE MY KNOWLEDGE WITH YOU SO YOU CAN CREATE TO YOUR HEARTS CONTENT. IT CAN GET OVERWHELMING WITH ALL THE BOOKS, ETC., ON THE MARKET TODAY, BUT THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO START WITH SOMETHING SIMPLE TO SEW, SUCH AS A PILLOW, VALANCE, SWEATSHIRT. THERE ARE A LOT OF SIMPLE PATTERNS TO CHOOSE FROM. WITH SOMETHING SIMPLE YOU CAN START TO LEARN THE BASICS SUCH AS, ABOUT THE PATTERN, TYPES AND CARE OF FABRIC, CUTTING TECHNIQUES, GETTING TO KNOW ABOUT PURCHASING AND USING A SEWING MACHINE(IF YOU DON'T ALREADY KNOW),THE DIFFERENT STITCHES TO USE.
