Jessica is 5ft 6in, 34-25-34, and weighs around 125lb, depending upon her training schedule.

Her workouts consists of a 45- to 60-minute cardio routine four days a week on the stationary bike, treadmill or stair machine, followed by lunges, biceps curls and other resistance exercises to tone and build lean body mass.

"I try to work out every day for 45 minutes to an hour," Jessica has said. "I start out on the treadmill or elliptical machine for 10 to 15 minutes to get my heart rate up to 180 beats per minute.

Then I do 50 lunges and crunches.

Next I get back on the machine for another 10 minutes.

Then I work on shoulders, biceps and triceps.

I do that nonstop for four sets.

When I work out, I have energy and feel good about myself."

Jessica has followed a strict diet and workout regimen for years, saying, "Everyone in my family is heavily overweight."

To combat her genes, Jessica typically avoids bread, desserts, fast food and fried foods. "I try to eat the healthiest version of something," she says. "I'll buy organic at Whole Foods or Bristol Farms."

Her personal trainer (Jason Walsh) recently revealed to People Magazine the workout that gives her slim thighs, firm butt, and her sexy abs!

Here is a summary of Jessica Biel's Workout

1) Cardio... Jessica combines steady state cardio with interval training.

After jogging for 1/2 a mile to warm up, she does a total of 6 sprints with short rests in between. She sprints for two sets of 200 meter sprints, two sets of 150 meter sprints, and two sets of 100 meter sprints.

2) Plyometrics... "These hurt," says Walsh of stair jumping. "Even athletes hate them.

After Jessica did these the first time, she would've punched me if she had the energy."

How-to: Jump from the bottom step of a flight of at least 20 stairs to the third. Keep going, skipping a stair each jump.

3) Weight Training... "We tend to use lighter weights and do more reps," Walsh says. "We keep moving, so it becomes a cardio workout too."

4) For the Abs... "Hanging leg raises don't build a six-pack, but they flatten," says Walsh.

"Jessica hates them, but she powers through!"

They also do the Russian Twist. Sit down and lean back slightly. Hold a 5-lb. medicine ball and twist from side to side, 15 twists per side, three reps.

Summary... Jessica Biel's Workout is very similar to a high level athlete.

It makes sense that she would have a better looking body than most other actresses in Hollywood... she is training at a higher level.

Her approach is intense interval workouts, which have proven time and time again to burn more body fat than "slow and steady" types of workouts.

No wonder why she looks so good!

Even with one of the best bods in Hollywood, Halle Berry still needs help when it comes to staying in superhero shape.

Trainer Harley Pasternak has gotten the naturally fit star ready for big roles in Gothika, Catwoman and X-Men 3.

Pasternak is the first to admit that Halle, like most of us, isn't a fan of working out.

"Halle is amazing," he says. "She's naturally pretty athletic, having been a gymnast when she was younger. She does not like to exercise, but she definitely knows she needs to, and it's a means to an end."

It's hard to believe that someone with a practically flawless physique could dislike working out.

But Pasternak says for Halle it's all about the end product. "She has no problem working her butt off as long as she doesn't have to do it for too long, and as long as she sees results."

To keep Halle happy and motivated, Pasternak keeps her workouts short, intense and effective.

And even though she always stays on 5-Factor to some extent, Pasternak says her routine changes depending on which movie she's working on at the time.

Sometimes she'll be training five days a week for 30 minutes a day, and other times she'll cut it down to three times a week.

"In Catwoman there was a special need for her to be ultra-fit and very lean and very strong," he says.

"And in Our Eyes Are Watching God, we had to kind of let it go. You know, really had to let her be less toned and a little looser."

But regardless of what movie Halle's gearing up for, Pasternak says she sticks with the nutrition aspect of 5-Factor.

And even though she might be used to playing larger-than-life roles onscreen, Halle needs her "cheat" day just as much as the rest of us mere mortals.

Pasternak wouldn't tell us her weakness, but he admits, "Let's just say Halle enjoys her cheat day."

In order to get that muscular and shredded look for the movie Fight Club; Brad used an intense workout routine for amazing results. His workout was characterized by focusing on one muscle group up each day, then giving it the rest of the week to recover. This is very beneficial for adding muscle mass fast, because muscles grow during rest periods and not during the actual time in the gym.

Finally, at the end of the week, he finished off with a good cardio workout. This put his body in fat-burning mode, which served to shed any extra padding that covered his muscles, giving him that chiseled look.

Here are the exercises that made up his workout. He performed 3 sets, taking approximately 60 seconds to rest between each set. Also, he used a weight that is challenging enough that to complete 15 reps (with the exception of pushups and pullups), but be fatigued on the last rep. Remember, proper form is a must!
