Despite the more open nature of our modern society it can still be difficult to discuss openly, without censure or criticism, many issues surrounding our sexuality and sexual preferences and identities.

Sexuality is a powerful focus for personal insecurity, inadequacy and uncertainty and equally for abuse, oppression, bullying and destructive comment by others.

In addition to providing a safe environment for constuctive discussion, leading to insightful personal acceptance or development, we provide therapeutic support for those many issues which directly or indirectly have an emotional content or psychological cause.

The aim of The Paloma Centre here in Banbury in the Cherwell Valley, Oxfordshire, is to help clients find their own way of living their life in a more complete, satisfying and resourceful manner through the use of a variety of life enhancing and performance improving therapies, including Hypnotherapy.

The Paloma Centre is a personal growth and therapy centre which provides an holistic approach to emotional healing and personal development. We use aspects of psychodynamic, behavioural and person-centred therapies such as Counselling, hypnotic, EFT, NLP and Life Coaching techniques where appropriate. CBT is also practised and is much in demand.
