Hi, Shadowsay here. I'm an artist and I do . . . well, I do a lot of things, but one of the things I do is Tribal Tattoo style designs.
The "tribal" style tattoo has become a classic in the tattoo world and I don't see any signs of it's popularity fading. And no wonder; it's bold, stylish, versatile, world savvy and it continues to evolve into new and ever more interesting permutations in the capable hands of artists from all over the world. As the name implies it derives originally from tribal world art, especially Borneo, Polynesian, Maori, Hawaiian but also Celtic, Native American, Middle Eastern, Far Eastern and many other traditions. Nor is it only for skin art enthusiasts. Good design is good design.
In this lens I'll be sharing what I think are some great designs and information about Tribal Tattoo designs including images, recommendations and links for those wanting to learn more.
But first I want to share a few of my own designs that I hope you will enjoy.
