- It was a difficult task, for me to merge the "good" with the "bad". It was a long, painful journey - but one I am most thankful I walked. Thank you for sharing your marvelous insights My Friend.

- Yes, when we try to deny or ignore our shadows then they become more powerful than they should. When we work with them, we can keep the parts of them that are good and work to down play the rest. Always good to be self aware. 5*

- I have done alot of shadow work, merging it within to bring wholeness. I have been studying it since my early twenties. I love this lens.
