Shajo's Lensography

Every lensmaster seems to have their favorite lens and I am no exception. I created my Strawberry Picking lens the first month I joined Squidoo. It was also my first ever lens that was blessed by a Squid Angel. I think that makes it pretty darn special. It was my first indication that I was getting the hang of the whole Squidoo thing. The best part is, it's something I enjoy doing with my family!

I like to eat and if I really want to eat, I need to know how to make a few dishes! I have shared a few of my quick and easy recipes on these lenses. I say quick and easy because that is how I like to cook, I don't like huge messes and recipes that take a whole day to bake or cook. I just like to keep it simple! Enjoy!

Sometimes I think I could stay on a permanent vacation all year long but then I think to myself would it still be special if I were on vacation all the time? Hmmm, that's a good question but I sure would like to try it out and see what happens! :) I am like most people who get to go on vacation usually once or twice a year for one to two weeks at a time. As soon as one vacation is over, I'm looking forward to the next!

I have 4 kids, so naturally, I have created a few lenses that are kid oriented. Although, some can be for adults who just want to relive their childhood days. Come on, you know you play with your kids toys sometimes, and you enjoy coloring just as much as they do!

I admit I still like to watch the old TV shows with Snoopy and Scooby Doo and I Love Lucy too. I prefer them much more to the more modern cartoons that the kids are watching today. Although, I do like SpongeBob, hmmm, maybe another for my to do list!

This niche hasn't gone very far yet, I have created three lenses in my Bathroom niche, I hope to create more as time allows but for some reason there is always something else I want to do first. This idea stemmed from my own themed Frog Bathroom and I as I sat there one day I thought other people must love themed bathrooms just as much as I do, so a niche was born! Stay tuned for more themed bathroom lenses...

I have created many Rocket Mom lenses, most fit into the other categories I have on this lens. These few are subjects I would most likely not have thought of creating had it not been for Rocket Moms. As a Rocket Mom we get weekly assignments, a subject is given to us that we can interpret any way we want. Rocket Moms has broadened my way of thinking and given me some great ideas for making unique lenses!

Most folks around Squidoo know I am a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. They are probably wondering when I will actually stop creating so many Pittsburgh Steelers lenses. Ok, I have a lot! The Steelers are my number one niche! I have been creating Steelers lenses from the beginning and I have just continued until I'm busting at the seams with them! Oh well, I like them and my visitors seem to like them too, so, expect to see more of my Steelers lenses in the near future!

If you really want to know what makes Shajo tick then sit back and enjoy reading about me! I'm not one of those people who just loves talking about themselves so these lenses were a little more difficult for me to create. I would much rather write about other subjects than myself. MysticMama was even kind enough to give me a Sharing Hearts Inspirational Lens Award for one of my About Me lenses! :) What a wonderful feeling!
