Many Ways Of Shamanic Meditation
But there are as many ways of shamanic meditation as there are shamans. The broad, diverse array of methods and techniques of shamanic meditation are mostly for engaging and transforming physical, material reality for the better, here and now, rather than withdrawing from or transcending this world's challenges and troubles. Many ways of shamanic meditation are simple and easy to learn, yet power-full.
Persistent, patient practice is required for the best results, and that can be the hardest part. Also, while one can read books and websites for ideas and inspiration about shamanic meditation, competent and trustworthy mentoring is necessary also.
This shamanic meditation lens is here to encourage, instruct, and coach anyone who wants to take up or continue contemporary shamanism as a spiritual practice for self and world change for the better. Shamanic ways of self and reality shifting, around since prehistoric times, blend the best of earth and spirit centered wisdom into an open-ended, flexible path through life.

Know and express the change you desire in yourself and your world through your shamanic costume!
Experience shamanic meditation through shamanic costuming!Shamanic journey with the intention of finding, imagining, or getting ideas and inspiration for a shamanic costume.
You can make a shamanic costume for ongoing shamanizing purposes or for a specific life-shifting intention.
A shamanic costume can be a mask, or hat, or shawl, or tunic, or shirt, or robe, or jewelry or a combination thereof.
When you return from your shamanic journey for a costume, take a few moments to jot down notes and/or sketches of what you experienced.
Spend a while relaxing and imagining your costume.
Gather your costume making stuff...This can take minutes to an hour or up to several days.
Costume making stuff can be many, many things....!
You can make an ordinary-reality shamanic journey for a day or period of a day to gather your costume-making materials.
