Every micro-shift you live on purpose shifts the entire Universe, according to Chaos Theory. And according to Shamanic Theory, Life Spirit is everywhere, within you and every being, place, situation, and event, to power and guide your intentional shifting for transformation and healing.

A shaman arrives at an everyday scenario just when and where help is needed most, to shift whatever is calling out for healing and transformation towards better and best! How do you know what is calling you?
Whenever your attention is drawn to a situation, event, place, or being, it means Life Spirit in and as those life spirits are calling you to be a shaman and bring beneficial shifts. Yes, whenever you notice yourself wishing, fantasizing, or plotting change in anything or anyone, nearby or far away, that can be your shamanic calling from Spirit and the Spirits. You are being called into shamanic shifting action by the Spirit and the Spirits of those situation or beings you noticed needing change, and called by your own Spirit and Spirits to shift your self to shift the world!
A first step in living as a shamanic shifter is noticing, and cultivating the habit of noticing, where your attention-span is being drawn. Just these mini-shifts in your attention can shift the world, so you have already shamanic shifted!
The tricky part - where skill and cleverness must be developed and put into play - is allowing your attention to be drawn toward but not into what is calling out to you from ordinary reality. Allow your attention to be drawn, but flow your energy towards better, whatever you imagine that to be. Keep practicing and deepening awareness.
Yes, shamanic shifting is like combining self-development methods and the Law of Attraction but there is always more. A myriad cosmic laws, unlimited potentials, and infinite possibilities can be synergized by shamanic shifters. And the intention at the center of shamanic shifting is radiating your life and reality shifts throughout the universe, even backwards and forwards in spacetime!
In ordinary reality the tiniest micro-shifts stir global shifts through generations to come - perhaps in the magical or perfect number of 7 generations to come, as many teach. Who knows how long 7 generations is in shamanic shifting? Shamanic shifters imagine and dream in every scale at every level through local and cosmic multi-dimensions. Sub-atomic generations seem instantaneous at the human level.
So shamanic shifts can show quickly or slowly, amazingly or subtly. Just continue to shamanic shift every day and you will be nudging life's 'inevitable changes' by just that much.
Another shamanic shifting technique: Choose a portable token or symbol of the being, place, event, or situation that is calling out for your shamanic shifting assistance by drawing your attention. Pick a rock, a picture, a book, a plant, a seed, or something else, that will help you keep your shamanic shifting attention focused upon what called you to be 'the shaman of the day' and set it aside in a container you keep especially for this purpose. This container can be a bag, a box, a bottle, or even a corner of a desk, or a window-sill.
Then once every day - preferably before sleep - imagine and dream a shamanic shift towards better in one of the beings, places, events, or situations at hand, that is represented by a symbol kept in your shamanic intention container. Then write a sentence about the shamanic shift you imagined in a notebook you keep near your pillow just for this practice.
A further shamanic shift: Before you sleep, request that all your dreaming be used to help shamanic shift your chosen causes and all related causes towards the best. This gives permission for Spirit and Spirits - Life Spirit as all kinds of Spirits, from angels to animal, plant, and rock spirits to elementals - to shamanic shift your world through your night dreams as well as your day dreams. This technique works wonders even if you don't remember any of the dreams, and even if it takes a long while for you to notice any wonders.
Shamanic shifters stir up community, planetary, and universal shifts by shifting their own attention-spans and energy-flows. Thank-you for being a shamanic shift center!
