2. On the left column, Look for Shape-ups and Click any buttons of your choice, e.g., women.
3. Look for the Size Chart button. If you can't find it. Click the attached image as your guide.
4. A new window will appear - a printer friendly Fit Guide to Measure your Feet for women, men and kids.
5. Open the any size link of your choice ( women for example). Check your Computer if you have an Adobe PDF reader. If none, then you can just click download.
6. Print the file. The document will tell you exactly what how to get the perfet fit of your shoes. Read it carefully.

1. Open any shoe company web site. For instance, sketchers.
2. Choose any shoes you like. For example, shape-up shoes. Click the shoes from the thumbnails. A large shoes image page will open with its special features, available sizes, reviews, Add to Cart buttons, etc.
3. Check if your size if available otherwise look for "What to be Notified when your size is Available" link and open it. See the attached image in this step.
4. Type your email address and the shoe size and click submit.
5. Check your email after few days for the notifications. (I got mine in 3 days.)
