Welcome to Shaping Change
How do you go about it?
This lens pulls together resources about Shaping Change in organisations. 'Change Management' or 'Organisational Development' is a large and sometimes confusing field management.
We've put together here some references, ideas and resources that make help you make some sense of it, if you are a beginner, and especially if you are finding yourself having to lead others through change.
Whether you think you must make good changes happen in your organisation, lead them, or change just happens, I hope you will find something useful here.
