Chardonnay Wine ---- The Number One Favored wine In The World...
Ranked #18,490 in How-To, #193,769 overall
Chardonnay has earned the place as the world's most popular white wine. With over 300,000 acres of Chardonnay grapes being planted in various vineyards around the world, 100,000 being planted in California alone.
By Sharon Stajda
The largest crop being planted in the Burgundy region of France. The vines are very low matanence, and adapts well to a variety of climates.
Other counties that grow Chardonnay grapes are, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, and South America. Although Chardonnay grape grows best in cooler climates, such as California or Burgundy France. The grapes grown in the cooler climates produce wines that are spicier, with toasty undertones. The Chardonnay grape grown in warmer conditions produce wines that are medium to full-bodied wines. Wines that tend to tend to be fruitier in flavor. The grape is also used in the production of Champagne, and Sparkling wines. Especially the Chardonnay grapes that are grown in France.
The Chardonnay grape with its green-skin is one of the few grapes in the world that do not blended well with others wine grapes. They are a aromatic grape, with a very complex and balanced flavor. A flavor that truly stand on its own. Naturally the artistry of the winemaker through careful fermentation, and aging process can bring out many different intriguing flavors, but the Chardonnay's should always be delicate, and possess a wonderful aroma.
This pure white wine gives way to flavors such green apple, lemon or citrus, all with under tones of acidity, and delicate fruity flavor, all Chardonnay's are dry to the taste. Chardonnay's made from extremely ripe grapes will tend to produce wines that have a distinctly softer flavor. Flavors that put one in the mind of figs, pineapples, ripe apples, melons and honey. The most complex Chardonnay, are fermented in small oak barrels, and put through a secondary, malolactic fermentation. These wines have a rich toasty, buttery aroma, as well flavor.
No other wine benefits more from the oak aging than the Chardonnay. The wine becomes earthy, and can possess several undertone flavors, in different combinations. Most prevalent is that of vanilla, caramel or coconut flavors. Some winemakers lightly toast the inner surface of their barrels. These smoked laden barrels are used to contribute to the smoky or toasty characters that will be produced during the fermentation and aging period.
Chardonnay is a very affordable wine. A bottle costing anywhere from $9.00 to $15.00, makes it a popular choice among wine drinkers. It also is extremely versatile when it comes to pairing it up with food.
Serve Chardonnay with foods such as, seafood, all forms of poultry, pork, veal, lobster, crab, tuna, red snapper, and most any cheese's.

Ladybug White is dedicated the ladybug warriors that guard their half-century old vines, by devouring harmful pest. Ladybugs are the method of choice that keeps Ladybug wine grapes pesticide-free.
Tip: Ladybug white wine is so good on its own, but also divine in a wine

WINE WORD WORTH KNOWING --- LEGS
When referring to wine the term Legs is used frequently. Did you ever wonder where this term got its start? And just what does it meam? Read on...
Wine Legs"Every once in a while you will see someone swirl their glass of wine, raise it towards the light and watch with bated breath for the wine's legs to appear, a mythical indicator of wine quality. These legs, or tears as the French refer to them, are the streaks of wine forming on the side of the wine glass. The legs were once thought to be associated with a wine's quality (the more legs, the higher the quality). However, the legs have more to do with physics, the wine's surface tension and alcohol content, than perceived quality.
