Create Free Thumbnail Galleries
Like many others I have some websites on which I wanted to place large numbers of photos, something which requires a large amount of webspace and time. For me this was a problem until I found a way to store my images on another website and generate clickable thumbnail images to put on my sites..
Avoid Shareapic
I cannot recommend Shareapic any more. After sticking with them through all their problems such as losing thousands of photos, slow loading speeds, suspension of payments due to a lawsuit I was banned with no explanation.
Other websites have labelled Shareapic a scam and I am now inclined to agree.
I requested a payment and was consequently banned without any notice, warning or explanation. I only found out when I tried to log in.
A note then told me that users could be banned for :
1. Breaching copyright - All the photos I uploaded were taken by me, so this was not an issue.
2. Generating false views - I have no idea how to do this with some sort of automatic program and the few times I clicked on my own photos could not have accounted for more than about 30-40 views for over 80000 views generated. I only did this to check my pictures after shareapic server crashes lost many of my images.
A number of other people have reported similar issues with this website and I am personally very upset with the pathetic, rude and careless attitude of the shareapic management.
Avoid them at all costs.
I will completely redo this lens when I have the time, currently I am away on a work trip. Until then, my apologies for leading anyone to shareapic through this lens. I have eliminated all links to their website so that no one else finds their way to them through this lens.

My Digital Camera
I use a very simple Nikon Coolpix 7600 which is a compact, idiot-proof camera which takes pleasing shots. I am no photographer but it did not take me long to get to grips with the different settings on this model and obtain some nice results.
I really enjoy using the macro setting on the Nikon Coolpix 7600 and have taken some really good photographs of butterflies and plants using it. This is a fairly basic but adaptable camera that I can thouroughly recommend.

- Well, the site is up and running right now. My advice would be a test period with a small number of photos and see how you get on.
I have tried to find similar sites. One to avoid like the plague is hot link images which displayed sexually explicit adverts around the large sized versions of my images.
I will take shareapics current issues over that any day.[in reply to CherylK]

- This is interesting but will proceed with caution since you've had some trouble. I love the idea of being able to create the thumbnails, though. Are there any other sites good for creating thumbnails?

- Yes, Shareapic is a great source of earning online. Because it can provide a source of good residual income. I am a member of shareapic and earn well. I have also written an article on how to make money from Shareapic. Hope you would like to read and give your feedback...
