When did Sharp Air Purifier first appear?
Often Sharp air purifiers are called plasmacluster purifiers but they are still designed and created by Sharp - the global Japanese multinational.
The first purifier was created by Sharp in 1912 and later hit the world in 1956. In 2003 the plasmacluster air purifier was released and quickly became a top seller in Japan.

Why should you choose a sharp air purifier?
The Sharp plasmacluster air purifier uses ion-oxidation which is an ozone free way to clean air. As the Sharp purifier uses an active purification it is far less risky than ozone which some other industrial purifiers use.A sharp purifier works be releasing positive and negative ions into the air. When these charged ions enter the air, particles and pollutants are attracted to these ions and are oxidised when they meet each other and so eliminated from the air.
If you need to remove viruses, mold spores, bacteria and even bacteria, then a Sharp purifier will work perfectly.
Every Sharp air purifier comes with inter-grated chips for all aspects of the units sensors. Sharp has a respected history in electronic devices and the company has brought this to its range of air purifiers, its very rare that any purifiers will suffer any sort of electronics error.
Every Sharp purifier allows for every element of purification to be controlled by manual controls on the unit - unlike some cheaper competitors. By optimising each element of purification you can control the sound, energy and filter usage levels.
Every Sharp Purifier will contain both a plasmacluster ion function matched with a activated carbon filter. The activated carbon filter used is unique in that it can easily be cleaned at home and then replaced so it can be used again.
I have only one problem with the Sharp air purifier which is that the valves and gaskets are not as tighet as i would like. Sharp however have used this aspect of their units to actually reduce weight and it also means that the sound is very quiet when in operation.
I bought my first air purifier in the early 1970's and have always bought Sharp purifiers since that time. I still feel that Sharp air purifiers provide the most bang for your buck.
