It wasn't long ago that we purchased this printer and we have done a lot of printing with it. We have been through an amazing amount of printers during our short lifetime, so we know just what to look for in a printer. When we arrived home, we carefully unpacked the box. Inside everything was securely packed, which is perfect because it protects the item you just purchased. Everything was inside the box, the toner cartridge (yes, it came with a toner cartridge already), the power lead, the printer, the manual and the drum.

When we touched it, the entire printer had that industrial feeling to it. The top of the lid was securely attached and did not feel flimsy at all. The salesman in the store showed us just how well it printed and ran some trial prints for us. Yes, we must say, we were surprised by the good quality it had.

All we had to do is hook it up to our computer, insert the drive CD in, load the drives and the computer recognized the printer. We still remember the first page we printed out.

Just to test the printer, we opened up one of our favorite pictures with our little girl standing with our pit bull and printed it out. The quality of this picture was amazingly perfect. Right then and there we knew we had chosen a great printer.

This printer is easy to install. All you have to do is slap the driver CD in the computer, get the drivers and you will be ready to go in no time. This printer has really amazed me each and every time we use it. It prints out some high quality pictures.

The Sharp AL 1452 Toner has done a really great job and seems to last for a long time. It doesn't clot or anything like that. When we see that we are running low on toner, we simply click on a website and get the toner at a discount price, it's really that easy.
