It's Sharp!
Sharp Aquos LC32D64U 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV Review
Pros:* Light and well built.
* Pretty good built-in speakers. The surround sound works great.
* Makes a great PC monitor.
* DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) compatible for better interopability with electronics, computers and mobile devices from many different manufacturers
* Consume low power.
* Full HD or 1080p which means great pictures and see more details. Analog cable channels even look better.
* Fast 6ms response time keeps image transitions smooth during high-speed motion.
Cons:
* Confusing instructions on setting up the stand.
* Unclear manual and the pictures in it are annoyingly useless.
* Not as thin as expected (10.8 inches thick).
* The placement of the buttons on the remote rather awkward. The easiest to push are to less-used buttons.

Sharp Aquos LC37D64U 37-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV Review
Pros:* DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) compatible
* Aesthetically appealing.
* Simply stunning pictures for both standard and high definitions even on default settings.
* So easy to set up using the auto feature.
* Very nice sound from the speakers.
* 176 degrees wide viewing angle.
* Relatively light weight.
* Picture-in-Picture (PiP) feature enables convenient simultaneous viewing of TV programs and video or PC sources
Cons:
* Occasional brief "black-outs" when playing HD content caused by old firmware. Can be easily fixed by updating the firmware.
* Switching between channels is a bit slow.
* You can set it so the title of the TV program you are watching appears when you change channels, but there is no way to check the title again unless you change channels again. Ideally, this should appear whenever you press the 'Display' button on the remote.
* Naming the preset inputs is too limited.
* The remote feels cheap and unnecessarily long. The buttons are small and stiff.
* Only 2 HDMI ports compared to 3-4 on other brands.
changed the VGA DSUB to a DVI, I don't understand why this isn't common place nowadays with everything going digital and the drive for communication between devices.
* If you need to use this as a PC monitor note that it still using 15-pin dSub instead of DVI.
