What is Sheftalia?
The filling of Sheftalia is made of ground pork or lamb shoulder and leg. It is mixed with fine chopped onions and parsley and seasoned with salt and pepper. Formed into small round balls it gets wrapped into caul fat and put on skewers.

- There is another way, spending some nice vacation in Cyprus, enjoying the food and the nice beaches around. However, if doing BBQ, you will need to try Halloumi as well. You will be amazed once you tried the grilled one.
