A Unique Lens

Hello Squidoo lensmakers and cephalopods! Let 's get right to it. I created this lens to share what I have learned on eBay. I am and education specialist trained by eBay. Why the smiley avatar? Well I am always smiling , laughing and being positive. Did you know that laughter brings O2 to the brain and is healthy for you? Smile more and you'll see what I mean.

My home based eBay business has been quite a learning experience. Being an eCommerce entrepreneur is quite different than having a brick and mortar business.

Why? Well the big part is that you don't see your customers. LOL! Now for some that is a bonus. You can remain as anonymous as you want in your internet presence. However the trick is to be as transparent as you can without feeling
uncomfortable with what you divulge online, while you are sitting behind your computer screen. Being a person who loves variety and dreads monotony the eCommerce field fits me like a glove.    

Speaking of variety oh boy do I have it. It took me some time to figure out what I wanted to do. Well of course eBay then enters the picture. With the internet begin so vast what to do and where to go and get information. Every internet guru is talking about finding a niche. Why do you have to have only one niche ? Why can't you have more than one and be diverse? Before I knew it I developed my eBay store to house many niches of products I enjoy learning about and supplying to my buyers. That is the fun part, variety and it definitely keeps me busy.

But most importantly I am a researcher and love information being named MS. Information by my family and friends just stuck. Okay not misinformation, LOL! But Ms. Information, lol. Talk about a play on words.  Everyone would always run to me for help and I would help them out little did I know I was also helping myself. Yeah yeah it is a cliche' but it is really true.  So I have decided to share my love of information and variety of unique gifts in my eBay store Shop4Uniquegifts  to you my fellow cephalopod.

Being a nature girl who loves fishing and the outdoors I am always seeing wonderful naturalist scenes. They just take my breath away. This picture was taken by my cell phone camera. I couldn't believe how it came out it captured the exact mood I was getting while looking at the sunset over the lake. Technology can really be something else, huh?

Internet Business Opportunities

Want an easy way to make money online? Writing articles can be very profitable for you. But can you really make $500 a day? You can make considerably more, if you're prepared to put a little effort into articles.

Here's an easy process you can follow: it's simple, it's effective, and it works.

1. Choose an Affiliate Product

Your first step is to choose an affiliate product to promote. Hundreds of thousands of products are available, so choose one which appeals to you and which you'd like to write about.

2. Write a Review

Next, when you've signed up to the affiliate program for your chosen product, write a review of it. Make your review around 300 to 500 words long. Write an honest review: tell your readers what you really think about the product.

3. Add Your Review to a Blog

Either create a blog on your own domain, or choose one of the free blogging applications. Creating a blog on your own domain is preferable. When your blog is on your own domain you have complete control of it.

Remember that you'll be making money with your review for months and years to come: if your review suddenly vanishes, all your article writing is wasted effort.

4. Write Articles Promoting Your Review

Write articles promoting your review: that is, articles on the topic of your product, and pointing to your review.

For example, if you're promoting a weight loss product, write articles about weight loss. The articles' resource box should point to your review. As people read your article, they will read your review, and some will buy the product, earning you a commission each time.

Big tip: the longer your articles are online the more valuable they are, because the more views (and sales) they will garner. If you haven't made a sale in the first week, don't feel that the process isn't working.

5. Repeat!

Now just repeat the process. Choose another product, write another review, and promote your review.

As you can see the process is very simple. However don't be deceived by its simplicity. It's an extremely powerful way make money online just by writing articles. Be consistent and persistent, and you will indeed make $500 and more each day.
