Should Female Athletes Pose Nude To Help Publicize Their Sports?
The alternative side of the coin is that it is good that women with athletic bodies are considered attractive. This goes against the grain that all women that pose in the nude should have tiny waists and big boobs. Additionally, many of the women want to change the stereotype that athletic woman are masculine. Posing nude gives them the opportunity to show off their feminity. Others claim they have worked very hard to maintain their bodies and want to show them off.

I'm not a big fan of nudity although in honesty as a man I like the female form.Perhaps women see it differently as that's the way they are and therefore see nothing wrong in it. How this help's their prowess in their chosen sport is a mystery to me.

Margo - I could understand the WWE wrestling Divas, but to call yourself an avid women's sports fan and not be familiar with Katarina Witt (2 olympic gold medals & 4 world championships in Figure skating), Gabrielle Reese (probably the most prominent women's beach vball player prior to May/Treanor), and Amanda Beard (7 medals, 2 gold in olympic swimming).
