Pasta Salad Recipe

There is a secret ingredient in this pasta salad which makes it stand out above the rest. It is so good that you cannot substitute anything for it. Sometimes this ingredient is not readily available in certain areas and may have to be ordered. Let me tell you though, it is worth it and one container lasts a long time. This pasta salad would not be the same without it. The secret ingredient is Old Bay.

We love shrimps and often eat it, especially while spending our long summers at our summer house on the Croatian coast. We have a friend who lives there and has a big fishing boat so we get all the see food fresh whenever he has some. And shrimps are there too:) Great recipes you have here, thanks.

Very nice. One of my family's favorites has always been macaroni salad. A few years ago we were invited to a picnic where the hostess had made macaroni salad with shrimp. Once I began to use shrimp, my family insisted on having macaroni salad that way always.

I've never tried using Old Bay Seasoning, but bet it gives it a delicious flavor. I lived on the Georgia/South Carolina coast for several years where a 'Low Country Boil' is a standard fare. The shrimp part of the dish is always 'dusted' (liberally) with Old Bay Seasoning.

You have a wonderful layout on this page. Very attractive and readable. Thanks for the recipes.
