8 oz. package cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb. peeled Shrimp/Crawfish
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
Crushed cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 pint Crab Meat
2 cups cooked rice
Grated sharp cheese

Bayou Blend Shrimp Casserole Recipe
How to make Bayou Blend Shrimp Casserole
Melt cream cheese and margarine.
Saute Shrimp, onion, bell pepper, and celery in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add to cream cheese mixture.
Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, Crab Meat, and rice.
Mix well.
Place in 2 quart casserole.
Top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
Freezes well.
