Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup ready to eat minute rice (brown rice)
4oz cooked salad shrimp
1 cup chopped button mushrooms
1oz broccoli florets
1 tbsp Kikko's low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1. Heat a skillet and add the shrimp and soy sauce. Mix a little and stir in the rice.
2. Add the water and mix the spices. Stir again.
3. Toss in the mushrooms and broccoli. Let it simmer and cover for 3 minutes.
4. Cook for 8 minutes and stirring it every 2 minutes.
5. Serve.
