Can Shy People Really Succeed in Network Marketing?

Living life as an introvert is hard enough, but trying to start a network marketing business on top that can be downright frightening.  Everyone talks about the traditional ways to market to people, but come on!  Do you really think that contacting your friends and family is really going to launch your business? 

If your an introvert like me, how many close friends do you really have? 

Like everybody, my time is precious and I really don't want to spend it making a fool of myself in front of people.  The best game plan for an introvert to follow is a system that is already in place and one that can be done on the internet. 

I have found that I work better on the internet and actually enjoy being a part of social networks rather than dealing with people face to face.  I can also reach more people online than I could directly and legitimately offer them something of value other than a business opportunity that they are not looking for in the first place.

Everyone has something about them that attracts them to other people.  Maybe it's the fact that behind that introverted exterior you are really a funny person, people are drawn to your sense of humor.  Maybe you have a wealth of knowledge about a certain subject and people come to you for advice or information.  Whatever it is, it's something of value that you can offer people to make their life better or easier 

A shy person can open up when people are drawn to their authority on a certain subject and it makes you feel good that you can help someone out. 

This is one of the main keys to achieving success in network marketing as an introvert, "Being Attractive".  I'm not talking about being attractive in a physical sense, though there's nothing wrong with that.  I mean building relationships through "Attraction Marketing". 

People tend to latch on to people who are in the same boat as they are, meaning that you share a similar situation that they have, so you understand what they are going through.  You can relate to their plight.  What makes you an authority on the situation is if you come up with a solution to the problem that can work for their business also.
