Sciatic Nerve Relief Specifically For Your Pain

The primary reason that many sciatica pain sufferers continue to have pain in the butt and leg is because they are given generic, non specific treatments that ARE NOT specifically designed to fix the CAUSE OF THE PAIN.

Believe me when I say that most doctors and chiropractors hand out the same set of excercises for all the people who are suffering from Sciatic Pain, but in fact each person has different needs depending on their activity levels, their diet and their lifestyles. What needs to be address first is the cause of the problem which is:-

~~ the imbalances in your spine that have built up over the years.

SYMPTOM = SCIATICA PAIN IN BUTT OR LEG
CAUSE = IMBALANCE IN SPINE

Why hasn't anything given me sciatica pain relief in the past?

Just like thousands of other people, I tried everything to get rid of my sciatic pain, from chiropractors, physical therapy, pain killers, surgery and every kind of excercise on the planet. None of these things really dealt with the core problem and that was - Imbalance in the Spine.

Because every body is unique and has it's own structure, muscles development and physiology, you cannot achieve the same results if two people are given the same treatment. Knowing what you and your body needs in relation to your lifestyle and body type is vital to dealing with the core problem of spinal imbalance.

What Are The Main Causes of Sciatic Nerve Pain

Piriformis Syndrome is one of the main reasons for Sciatic Nerve Pain

This condition is caused when the piriformis muscle places pressure on and irritates the sciatic nerve. Imbalances in the core muscles pull the pelvic bones and hip joints out of place, which causes the piriformis muscle to contract and shorten, creating pressure on the nerve.

The key is that muscle imbalances in the legs and abdomen are the main cause for Pirirformis
Syndrome and sciatic nerve pain.

And What Causes Muscle Imbalances?

By nature, we learn to use one side of our body for most of our activities, creating stronger and tighter muscles on that side of the body.

Those tighter and stronger muscles overpower the weaker muscles, causing a muscle
imbalance. The imbalance then pulls bones and joints in unnatural ways, putting undue stress on them. What's even worse is that one imbalanced muscle group can pull another set of muscles out of balance. So if your lower back on the right side is tighter than your left lower back, that can pull other spinal muscles out of whack, causing pain in the mid and upper back as well!

Other Common Reasons for Sciatic Pain

Herniated or Bulging Discs are also very common causes of sciatic pain.

Herniated, bulging, or slipped discs can cause sciatic nerve pain because they place pressure on and irritate the sciatic nerve. A disc is the spongy material between the vertebrae of our spine. Over time the disc naturally loses elasticity and flexibility. However, sometimes due to years of muscle imbalances, an auto accident, or other jolting experience, these discs will get compressed more than they should.

The third leading cause for sciatica pain is due to the narrowing of the spinal canal, or the place where all our nerves go through our spine. Here are the common reasons for spinal stenosis:

~~ Natural Aging - Narrowing is commonly part of the aging process, so some is to be
expected. As your spinal ligaments thicken with age, or your spine has bone spurs, that
causes the spinal canal to narrow.

~~ Accidents - Like herniated discs, narrowing of the canal can sometimes be the result of a traumatic accident.

~~ Genes - You could be born with an inherently narrow canal.

~~ Excessive Fluoride - Studies have also shown that working with or around fluoride will
cause spinal ligaments to calcify and harden, causing a narrowing of the spinal canal.
