SignPost did its first ever expo a few weeks ago in Charlotte. It was a fun experience meeting small businesses in the local metro.

Popular entertainer and disc jock, DJ Denvo has created a revolutionary academy for aspiring deejays called, Play it Loud DJ Academy. SignPost quickly developed a Facebook Page and within the first day - the academy had 100 fans. And the hits just keep on coming!

Louis Stephenson is a talented, contemporary Jamaican artist who showcases his oil and acrylic on canvas style. His art reflects everyday life and nature. SignPost, Inc. got him up and running and created a community of art aficionados for him to showcase his work and get feedback as well as create a loyal following.

We worked with David to design a brand for his Facebook and Twitter pages. He is a talented photographer so it was pretty easy to compile the branding.

Objective Social Media grassroots campaign to attract the 18-34 youth demographic.

Plan Create a targeted campaign directed at the youth market in Jamaica to get interest and buzz going on the page as well as spur dynamic conversations to keep the page timely and pertinent.

Results Target audience was carefully selected and in a 6-week span we were able to quadruple supporters. In addition, we received favorable press offline for the cause. Activity penetration scores reached highs of 89% and post ranking remained at a healthy 5-star level with each post garnering an average of 25 responses. This was a very successful short-term blitz and the clients were very happy with the results!

Shaggy Parrot and the Reggae Band, is a captivating, breakthrough Storybook and CD, the first product in the new Reggae Pickney Series out of Jamaica. Set at 'Laughing Waters', in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, it is targeted to children, aged 0 - 8 years, and incorporates five educational themes from the schools' syllabus. This product has been added to the Early Childhood Curriculum Resource List for Jamaica, for use in teaching these themes.

Signpost is currently working with a local Carolina artist who draws inspiration from all around to develop unique pieces that touch people. Some of his pieces include tributes to Michael Jackson, Louis Armstrong, African American icons. He also has a series on the Masai tribe and an Native American chief.

In October 2008, we began as the social marketing consultant for a local Jamaican entertainment personality. Kiki had begun making a name for herself on the island, and we stepped in to enhance her web presence. We created a brand for her by utilizing various social network sites.

In February of 2009, Signpost, Inc. began to work with Villas of Silver Sands - Jamaica in Duncans, Trelawny. They have been around for years with an awesome reputation; however the economic slump had started to take its toll and they wanted to re-engage visitors and prospective visitors.

We used a custom approach to get the word out. A combination of Social Marketing, Contests/Giveaways helped to increase their lead base to over 1,000 in the first quarter and 2,800 in the second quarter.
