Have you ever been visiting a friend and while you are talking a mile a minute catching up on old time, it happens! What? You are laughing and joking then all at once, you get teary eyed and your mood is very low.
Guess What? This maybe a "Sign of Menopause." How about this, you a all dressed up and ready for a nice dinner date. You are feeling great and so excited.
Then as you are sitting at the dinner table, you start to sweat. Oh my, you wipe your face but now the sweat is running down your face. How can this be happening to me?

Your standing in the checkout line at the grocery store. All at once, your face turns red, and your forehead gets sweaty.
You pick up a magazine and start fanning yourself. This may be a "hot flash." One of the Signs of Menopause.
Then the guy behind you says, Are you okay?. Duh, Yes I am! You can't wait to get out of line and run to the air conditioned car.
Wow! A hot flash can be a miserable feeling.

Menopause and Depression
get going. Does anyone else feel like that?
Because I was feeling so lousy about life, I became very down and depressed. Everything in my life I felt was going south. And what do most women do when
they are depressed. They find something to comfort themselves with. And usually that is food.
How do you overcome this MOMENT of Depression?
Step1: Realize that it is a deep feeling now, but
will only last as long as you dwell in your pity.
Step2: Go stand in front of a MIRROR. Now Smile
and tell yourself you are beautiful and nothing can
stop you from reaching your dreams.
Step3: Now Go about your day and complete every
task you set out to do.
Step4: Before you go to sleep, start giving thanks
for everyone and everything you can think of. Going to
bed on a positive note will give you a better nights sleep.
