In this journal is where you're gonna keep track of all the signs you gather. DO NOT rely on your memory for this, eventually, when you confront your husband, you want to be able to show him in writing everything you've got on him.

You also need to open your mind up. In order to effectively notice all the signs your unfaithful husband is leaving behind, you need to think creatively.

Here's what to look for in an unfaithful husband's car:

- Look at his odometer. Try and write down, every day if you can, the mileage on his car. Also write down how many miles he's driven since you last checked.

- Look for hair. This sounds a little strange, but you'd be surprised at what you might find. Many times, one of the best signs of unfaithful husband can be something as small as a hair. About once a week, do a once over of his car, just scanning for strands of hair that are obviously female, and obviously not yours. If your husband has been around another woman intimately, there's a good chance that a piece of hair might have come off his clothes, or off of her head if they did anything in his car.

- Use your nose. Do you smell an unfamiliar perfume? Some other unfamiliar scent? Take note of anything you find.

At His Work

- Try visiting him. Now, if you don't regularly visit your husband at work this may be a trick to pull off without alerting him to your suspicions (we don't want to do that). Here's what I suggest: Ask him if you could drop by for lunch sometime at his work. I wouldn't do this more than once a week. Once you think it's not weird for you to be at his work, then is when you can stop by when you suspect he might be absent on 'other business'

- What to look for when you visit him. When you surprise him, take note of his reaction (if he's there), and take note of the reaction of his coworkers. If any of them have that "Oh crap!" look on their faces, then take note of that.

- If he's not there. Ask around and see if anyone knows where he's gone. Try and ask women in particular, as they'll be more likely to tell you. Write down any responses you receive.
