    I'd not heard of these - I can see how kids would get into the fad, although they seem just a little pointless, but then that is the nature of toys! Anyway - now I know and I'll probably spot them around.

    I had never even heard of Silly Bandz until we went to Myrtle Beach and so many of the beach wear stores had signs that said "We have Silly Bandz." I didn't understand the whole craze thing (I tend to lag behind in the kid's craze stuff) but your lens helped me "get it."

    They are silly, aren't they? Not sure if they're in the UK yet but you can bet your sweet bippy that my daughter will be jumping on the bandz wagon. At the moment she likes to wear hair elastics on her wrists.
