Low-Fat Diet
According to the USDA, a diet low in fat - as its name implies - is a diet consisting of low fat, especially saturated fat and cholesterol, which is believed to raise blood cholesterol levels and heart attacks. It is important to know that dietary fat is necessary for good health, such as power supply fats and fatty acids, in addition to supplying the fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E and K. [2]
In recent years the exact health benefits of a diet low in fat have been discussed. A 2006 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association argued that a diet low in fat did not reduce the incidence of breast cancer. [3] However, this study has been criticized by several epidemiologists for its lack of validity (see "reviews" in the article on Women's Health Initiative). Recently, the Study of Nurses' Health of the Harvard School of Public Health reported a Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH), and found that a diet "high in fruits, vegetables and whole grains, moderate consumption of legumes, nuts and low fat dairy products and low intake of red and processed meats and sodium, was significantly associated with reduced risk of coronary heart disease and stroke in women. "[3] 2002 Cochrane review of low-fat diets found no more effective than other weight loss diets in achieving lasting weight loss, [4] Two recent studies concluded the same, published in 2008

- I love your advice! The only thing I would add to your list is creating a healthy nutrition plan so that you know what is best for you. Also, let yourself indulge once in awhile. And one last thing, try to only eat when you are actually hungry. If this is a problem for you, see your doctor and make sure that your signals are working correctly. If they aren't, the doctor give you medicine that will help you know when you are hungry.
