Simpleology 101 - The Simple Science of Getting What You Want 

Simpleology 101 is part one of this three part course. It focuses on time, and it teaches you how to master your time, focus on your goals, and create a plan for getting what you really want out of life.

You'll cover the four basic scientific laws:

The Law of Straight Lines
The Law of Clear Vision
The Law of Focused Attention
The Law of Focused Energy

There are 20 lessons in this module, and it takes approximately 40 days to complete, when you follow the plan, and complete one lesson per day.

The course also includes the printable 54 page Virtuosity ebook, as well as the memory joggers. As well as teaching the course through video, Joyner has also created an audio version of the course you can download and listen to.

The secret to mastering this module, as well as the other two modules is in repetition. By repeating the lessons twice through video, as well as reading and listening to them twice, you reinforce the principles taught in this course, and it becomes a habit.

Simpleology 102 - The Simple Science of Money 

It is ironic that one of the most important skills we need in life, the ability to manage our money, isn't something they really teach in school.

Since my parents didn't teach me either, this was something I had to figure out on my own. I guess that's why this module was such an eye opener.

Mark really simplified the the whole process of money and boiled it down to its basics.

Although the lessons in this module are the shortest, and they take the least amount of time to complete, they take more days to complete than Simpleology 101 (This module takes 48 days to complete).

The third module of the course is the longest, and it takes the longest to complete (78 days).

However, it's worth it because Mark is very clear about how important it really is to be in good health and have lots of energy. If you are in good health, and you have more energy, you can get a lot more done.

Why I Love Simpleology 

I'll be honest; the first time I took Simpleology 101, I didn't understand it. I decided it wasn't for me, and I dropped it.

A few months later though, something caused me to reconsider it, and I've never looked back. I've taken all three of the modules in the main Simpleology course, as well as the blogging module, and it's changed my life.

The reason I believe why this has helped me so much is that, unlike a lot of stuff, like "The Secret", this isn't about metaphysics. In fact, after I read through this course a few times, I felt like Mark had read and studied "The Science of Getting Rich."

Don't get me wrong; I believe in the Law of Attraction. As a Christian though, I just don't buy all of that metaphysical mumbo jumbo attached to the Secret. I also don't believe there's been some big conspiracy to keep the little guy from ever being successful either.

The Science of Getting Rich is a different story. Wallace Wattles, although an ordained minister, saw these scientific laws in action and wrote about them. I also think there's a whole more to it than what Wattles wrote, and Mark has taken what Wattles wrote to a whole new level. He's expanded it, added in a lot of things he knows, and made it much more clear than what Wattles did. The most important thing Mark has done though is to simplify the whole process.

What really makes this course different is that it isn't about positive thinking, or changing your mindset for success or anything like that. What this course forces you to do is really sit down, think about what you really want, formulate a plan to get it, and then focus on executing the steps in that plan.

Once you know exactly what it is that you want, there's nothing to stop you from achieving it. Mark even shows you how to figure out the action steps you need to take to accomplish your goals.

That's why, no matter what your faith, or lack of one, it will work for you. It's about taking common sense principles and applying them to your life.

Now, here's how it works:

First, you work your way through one module at a time. You start by watching a video and then taking a quiz. Then you read what you watched, as well as listen to it. The reason for repeating the course is to reinforce what you have learned.

Repetition has been proven to be the most effective way to learn something. You practice until it becomes a habit, and then you don't think about it; you just do it. That's why repetition is so successful. It's also the main reason bad habits can be so hard to break.

Once you get through the first 15 or so lessons in Simpleology 101, then you start to do the Daily Target Praxis. This is not about sitting down and doing a daily planner. This is about sitting down and planning out what activities you will do today that will take you one step closer to your goal. You repeat this every day.

Part of your Daily Target Praxis (which means practice) is to go through the Time, Energy, and eventually, Money Praxis. What this does is to help you look at the decisions you are making in these three areas of your life. If you are making decisions that are weakening you in these areas, then you correct what you are doing wrong by making strengthening decisions.

The whole purpose is to help you keep your skill levels up in all of these areas so that you are strong in these areas (Mark explains these in further depth in 101 and shows you how to use them). By making strengthening decisions in each of these areas, it will also help you reach your goals faster.

Ultimately, what I liked the most about this course is that it really took the mystery out of success. It helped me to see where I was going wrong in different areas of my life and where I needed to change to get what I wanted out of life. It didn't conflict with my faith at all. In fact, it strengthened my faith, but more importantly, it forced me to apply common sense to my life.

Today I am happier, I'm more at peace with myself, and best of all, I know exactly what I want and what I have to do to get it.

Am I a milionaire yet? No. Have I reached all of my goals? Not yet, but these things take time. What Mark has taught me is that if you take the time to think about what you are doing, plan it out, and then take the steps, the only real thing to do is succeed.

Let me caution you here though; if you're looking for a quick fix, or you want it now, it won't happen. Nothing worth having ever came without doing some hard work.

If you follow Mark's instructions though, do the exercises, read the ebooks, watch the videos, listen to the audios, and do you Daily Target Praxis, your life will change. It will change for the better, and before you know it, you will see real results.
