Whats the difference between essential oil and fragrance oil ?
With the production of essential oils, plants are crushed and chopped, then heated with steam to force the oils to vaporize. The essential oil is condensed from the steam. - Yes, I do sell my soaps, gearing up to make it a full time biz. Just made some lemon scented soap in a crock pot today- cool - now my entire house smells lemony fresh -

Lavender Body Balm
- Total Time: use mixture WITHIN 3 months
Soften your skin with coconut oil, moisturize with almond oil while you nurture yourself with uplifting lavender scented body balm.
Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond oil
- 1 tbsp beeswax
- 25 drops lavender oil
- 5 drops lavendin oil
Instructions
Heat the coconut and almond oil with the beeswax in a microwave measuring cup, when the mixture cools slightly add the essential oils, blend completely, THEN POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A DARK COLORED JAR WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID, LET SET AWHILE, THEN USE.

Rose body powder
- Total Time: Use WITHIN 6 months
Use cotton balls to apply this gently scented body powder after your shower.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 drops rose absolute essential oil
- 5 drops geranium essential oil
- 2 drops patchouli oil
Instructions
Sift the cornstarch onto a paper plate, mix the oils together and pour into a small spray bottle, then finely spray oils onto cornstarch, moisten but don't saturate as too much will cause lumps. Allow the scented powder to dry, then store in a small pepper shaker like container.
Don't forget your small sifter !!

Jasmine Green Tea Soap
Soothing green tea added to your soap is an extra treat.
- Total Time: Use WITHIN 6 months or so !!
Wheatgrass powder makes a very nice greenish golden color to your soap while ground green tea leaves are interesting to the eyes.
Melt the base slowly - short blasts in the microwave - too much heat will burn the mixture and cause it to become rubbery. After base is melted, slowly stir in the oils, then add the wheatgrass powder mix with a hand blender if you have one, last - slowly blend in the green tea leaves, pour mix into your mold,let cool, then you can use !!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs melt and pour olive oil suspension base (buy at craft or health store)
- 1/2 tbsp wheatgrass powder
- 1 tea bag of green tea ( open tea bag -grind leaves in a small coffee grinder)
- 1 tsp sweet almond oil
- 1/2 tsp sweet orange oil
- 1/2 tsp bergamot oil
- 1 tsp jasmine essential oil

- Total Time: Use WITHIN 8 months.

Ingredients
- 1 lb melt and pour goats milk suspension base
- 2 tbsp kaolin clay
- 1 tsp jojoba oil
- 1/2 tsp bergamot oil
- 1/4 tsp lime essential oil
- 1 tsp lemon essential oil
- pierce one capsule vitamin E oil
Instructions
Melt the base, then blend in the kaolin clay, then stir in the scented oils, stir well, pour mixture into a mold, let cool, use when ready.

- Total Time: Use within 6 months
Gently exfoliate your skin and moisturize at the same time with this simple to make soap.
Ingredients
- 1 lb olive oil melt and pour base
- t tbsp himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp rose essential oil
- 1/2 tsp geranium essential oil
- 1/2 tsp patchouli essential oil
- pierce 1 capsule vitamin E oil.
Instructions
Slowly melt the base, stir, add the essential oils, then slowly blend in the pink salt, pour into mold, let cool, use .
Himalayan Pink Salt
Vanilla lavender cleanser
- Total Time: USE THIS RECIPE WITHIN ONE WEEK !!!

PLEASE DO NOT GET ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES TOO CLOSE TO YOUR EYES - MAY BE IRRITATING - ALWAYS USE CAUTION.
DO NOT USE RECIPES ON SMALL CHILDREN UNDER ONE YEAR UNLESS THE RECIPE IS JUST FOR KIDS !!
Ingredients
- 1 oz crushed oats
- small amount of mineral water
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp almond oil
- 6 drops lavender essential oil
- 3 drops vanilla essential oil
Instructions
Pour the crushed oats into a small bowl, slowly add mineral oil to oats - enough to saturate the oats well but don't flood ( let set for 1 hour) Then use your whisk or use a hand blender to add the egg yolk, then slowly add the lavender oil and then the vanilla oils - a drop at a time if you can.Pour the mixture into a bottle or jar with a tight fitting lid, refrigerate and use within a week.
If your mixture is too thick, add more mineral water.
