“A simple life has a different meaning and a different value for every person.”

"Life Is Really Simple, But We Insist On Making It Complicated." ~ Confucius

A simple life has a different meaning and a different value for every person.

For me it means be in control of my life, honor my values and live my priorities, do what I love and what I consider important.

Today I can say I am an expert of simplifying my life and making it less stressed: during the last 15 years I changed 4 countries and 7 homes and consequently reasonably simplified my life.

I love my balanced life today but it took some time, knowledge and conscious choice to learn to manage stress and de-clutter my out of balance life and myself heading into burnout state.

“Simplify does not mean eradicate.”

What Simplify Your Life means to you?

Simplify does not mean eradicate.

To simplify is to make less complex not to cut things out. Reducing and integrating can lead to simplification as well.

First, answer the question, please.

What Simplify Your Life means to you?

- Destress your life, increase energy, declutter from your life so you can spend time with people you love and do the things you love?
- Get rid of the clutter so you what are left gives you value?
- Mean to mange stress and increase your productivity?
- Stop letting little things keep you from living the life of your dreams?
- Your goals becoming your accomplishments?

Now it is your turn to create your list.(Please share your list and leave a comment )

However, getting to simplicity isn't always a simple process.

Here is how Sue Henson Rodman aka Emohealer answered the question:

A very good question...What does simplify my life mean to me?

1) Identify and remove my self created road blocks/excuse system.
2) Recognize that the only barriers that exist are the ones I believe in and stop believing in barriers to allow unlimited to flow.
3) Most importantly to always appreciate what I do have and what is good, thereby receiving more of what I do want.

Thanks for the question and giving me a moment to ponder......Although I already feel relaxed that I am already simpified, low stress, and highly productive in the areas i prefer to be and just looking to improve upon it each moment in time.

Now its your turn, please shere your answer:
